What are some good cooling solutions for an MSI R9-290?

My card stays at 85 degrees on any high end game on Ultra such as TOmb Raider, SSkyrim with Real Vision, Battlefield 4, and such. I know AMD says they recommend my card to run at 95 but i do not trust them one bit. I want a water cooling solution but since it is an AMD card it will not be popular as much as NVIDIA meaning it will be much more difficult to find a waterblock for it from what i have heard. Any ideas guys?

unless you want to incorporate it in a custom liquid cooling loop then i reccomend an ek block:

I'm not sure, but one of these blocks are compatible, i think
