Seeing how Roblox is currently going to shambles Im looking for some good free games to play on my yt channel that aren’t boring, any suggestions?

League of Legends and Legends of Runeterra are free.
Much newer and less known, The Bazaar is pretty fun to play if you like cards/autobattler games.
There's Marvel Rivals that's pretty popular at the moment in the hero shooter category.
And a lot of Battle Royale are free too.
Otherwise...I'm not too sure.
I can suggest emulation. There's lot of gems in the older generations

Ohhh, and for cheap games...I don't know much about your style, but I know a lot of good indies that are like 20€ base and can be cheaper with sales.

Action games
Astral Ascent
Enter the gungeon
Binding of Isaac
Streets of Rogue
Hades

Card games
Slay the Spire
Monster Train 1- 2

Metroidvania
Hollow Knight
Ori and the Blind Forest

Farm/chill
Fields of Mistria
Stardew Valley

Exploration/Adventure
Outward
Outer wilds
(seriously those 2 are exceptional)

Is there any wiggle room between "free" and "nearly free"?

If you were ever into Diablo, Grim Dawn is super fun and should play on your hardware. There are a ton of games that are very similar to this and some of them are free.

CSGO and other games of that ilk remain quite popular and might offer some value to your streaming channel. Rainbow Six...The Division (1), and in honesty a LOT of the older Tom Clancy titles.

I cannot recall if Rocket League is free, but your hardware would surely run it.

DOTA2

I would say Fortnite. Almost every used gaming system I locate/build for resale, this is the single most asked about game. How many FPS in Fortnite? There is insane interest in the game, however my own limited experience has shown that the listed minimum specs aren't worth a darn for playing it and the recommended are above your graphics card.

TBH I wouldn't overlook Minecraft. One of my good friend's son has a streaming channel/group that play this and there is insane interest at his age level (high school). I make certain assumptions about yours with this suggestion.

For some other interesting ideas it may be worthwhile to check other game related YT creators channels to see what they are up to. As far as budget my own modern fave are Toasty Bros. They do a lot of reviews and bench of low price systems which may play to your own genre in limited graphics ability. Tech Yes City used to also be very good with this but Bry has been sort of transitioning to more V-Blog as of late.

Haha, thanks 😛
Once you get into the indie games and you're not afraid of pixel art and games looking like Snes era, there's a ton of gems laying around.
The action games I listed are part of the Roguelite genre, which is based on the idea that everytime you complete the game or die, you restart from the beginning, but with a few more things unlocked. And it's design to make you die a lot. But that's okay because the maps and loot are randomized. It's a bit like playing diablo from level 1 to 100 in half an hour each time.

Got a few more ideas:

Action RPG
Secret of Grindea
Crosscode
(If secret of mana makes you feel nostalgic, those are really close)

RPG(turn based combat)
Undertale > very ugly, very loved by those who played it, crazy good musics
Octopath Traveler

Also had tons of funs with Star Renegades, although I'm not sure how to classify it apart from being roguelite. It's a turn based strategic combat system, so I guess it falls under the strategy category?

I also happened to share my copy of Slice and Dice that I bought from itch.io, which is a roguelite game based on rolling dice. Got my brother hooked like nothing before.

Oh, and if you mention Grim Dawn, might as well talk about Path of Exile 1 and 2.

Just for the records....
Emulation does not equal free games, you still are supposed to legally own the games you are playing, it can get you into trouble if you are streaming illegally obtained roms.

Same goes for so called abandonware games who's legal status is in a limbo, if you don't own the physical copy it's a risk.
