What are some good voice changing programs?

Voxal Voice Changer is what i downloaded today, it's okay, but there's a noticeable delay in recording, is that how it's going to be no matter how you record?

What are your system specs? Compare your system spec's to the Voxal product's recommended OS and hardware.

Your system may not be up to the requirements.

And take a look at what all may be running on your system. Maybe closing some applications and background activities may improve the recording performance.
