[SOLVED] What are some reasons why my freshly/newly built computer is not booting and getting into Post?

So I just finished building my new pc desktop which is comprised of:

Corsair 4000D Airflow PC Case

Ryzen 7 3700X CPU

Asus TUF X570-PLUS Motherboard

Corsair iCUE H100i Pro XT Radiator

Corsair 750 RM 80+ Gold Certified

Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB Ram 3200

PowerColor Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT

However, once I installed all these parts. I couldn't get a display! It wouldn't get into POST. Not only that, all my USB ports aren't working so I can't connect any USB or mouse/keyboard. I've tried resetting the CEMOS, reseated every port, plug, cable, and hardware I could, I've unplugged all RGB fans and whatnot. Replaced the RAM sticks, and tried in every slot, I've tried using an RX 570 to get into POST but still no success. I've come to a conclusion that my motherboard may be the issue, but there is an orange light led, and the POWER led is completely white. I assume that it's getting power, but I don't know what the problem is. Can anyone help?
