Question What are the best books to study Computer Networking from zero in 2019

I studied by myself and now I know pretty well programming languages such as Java, C++, HTML, CSS, and Python. Trying to build a simple web application I realized that I know nothing about networking and I want to study it.
I saw different books about this topoic, in particular 'Computer networking a top down approach' by Kurose, but I don't know what are still valid in 2019 (for all recent technologies...)
So, what books you think are best about this topic today?

Basic networking hasn't changed much, so what I would do is to check out what my local library has, 'cuz am cheapskate and don't buying no books. The silly sounding but useful Dummies series is always something to browse through to get an overview.
