what are the best fans outthere?

I have aerocool LS 5200 case and i have 5x crappy fans installed they are not really good at all,i have corsair af120 quiet edition as exhaust fan.

What would you suggest?

My mobo is asus h81m-c

the best fans out there? now theres an ask... do you need high air flow. or do you need high pressure?
do you want quiet or do you want rgb... so many choices...

to me some of the best are noctua and be-quiet fans. but they aint cheap.
