What are the best silent fans

Hi, as the title says I'm looking for the best silent fans I have a corsair air 540 case and was going to get three 120mm fans for the front and one 140mm fan for the back I was looking at be quiet fans but is there any better.

I personally like my Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition PWM fans. They provide great static pressure and acoustic performance and will not break the bank like many Noctua fans. A fans level of noise can also depend on how many RPMs you have it set to run. If you connect them to a fan controller or if you have PWM fans connected to a PWM header on the motherboard, you can turn down the RPMs to what you are comfortable with and reduce noise even further.

Fractal design silent series are the quietest fans I've ever used - mainly because theyre fairly low rpm - the rubber anti vibration mounts work well though.
