I'm wondering if i can go with Rx570/580 or Gtx 1050ti with my current Mobo?

I also using A4-6300, trying to upgrade to A10 (what model should i get?)
Or should i save and buy Ryzen 5 2600 + B450m, I'm on a tight budget so this is all i can get.
I'm just working at home and just want to place decent games.

Thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age? If you have a reliably built PSU that can deliver at least 500W of power to the entire system, then you can move forward with the RX570.

I would suggest that you save your money and upgrade the platform but you will need a discrete GPU since the R5 2600 does not have onboard graphics.

I only have

MSI A68HM-E33 V2
A4-6300
DDR3 2x4gb
500gb HDD

I am planning to buy GPU, what is compatible with my MOBO? Can i go with Rx570/580 or 1050ti? Also, change proc to A10(which model should i get)?

Or any workaround with this?

Hi @naoneko

1st off, Welcome!

2nd, Forget the A10. Unless you absolutely will not be able to afford an R5 2600, as the 2600 is much better. Keep in mind you'll need new RAM too if you get the 2600 as it's DDR4 and your current system is DDR3.

Last but not least, yes, an RX 570, 580 or 1050Ti will work with that MSI mobo. Here is the tech page for it.

Whats your max budget? As in what you have to spend right this second?

Again, Welcome. :)

maybe i can spare around $300 for gpu and proc, if my mobo is still good enough.
I've read about the PSUs is this enough? "Corsair VS450 450watts"
