Hey,
I want to buy an external hard drive for my PC, and I'm going to use the external drive to save all my movies.

1. Western Digital Elements WDBUZG0010BBK 1TB USB 3.0
2. Western Digital My Passport Ultra WDBZFP0010BBK 1TB USB 3.0 Black

What are the differences between them?
Thanks.

Hey there, XSR!

You'd have to go through each product page and check the features in order to see the difference between those two drives.
The WD My Passport comes with installed features like the WD SmartWare and other utilities including WD Security, whereas the WD Elements external drive only comes with a trial version of the SmartWare software and it's up to you if you wish to install it or not.
So basically the main difference is that My Passport has the extra security and it incorporates a hardware encryption, while WD Elements is a blank, ready-to-use drive without any additional security features.
As you and JakeThaSnake007 noticed, everything else is basically the same - the speed, the capacities, the warranty period.
Both...
I think that there's a difference in the length of the warranty, and I'm fairly sure that My Passport Ultra WDBZFP0010BBK 1TB doesn't require an external power supply.

Both don't need external power supply. Jake might have confused the WD Elements with its desktop version.
Here are the portable WD drives that you are asking about: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=9cA3fW

Hope this was helpful. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! :)
