Question What are the differences between these three Galaxy Tab Active 2 models ?

I have looked and looked and maybe missing it but i can't find the difference between model numbers for the Galaxy Tab Active 2 ?
Here are the three model numbers I've come across:

SM-T390
SM-T395
SM-T397U

What are the differences between these?

T390 only wi-fi, it´s without LTE / no SIM
T395 is with LTE and wi-fi

couldn´t find any difference from T397U to T395

Thanks im in the usa and didnt find as much info as you did,
I want to buy one of these and would like it to have 4g/lte GSM and maybe CDMA, so its unlocked to all carriers and see theme listed for sale with various options under the same model number and its confusing so at least i know 390 can be ruled out,
