What are the dimensions of gigabyte h81m s1 ?

In gigabyte 's site it says form factor 22.6x 17cm whereas the link of amazon that i am providing says 27x 24.2x5.4cm? What are the dimensions?

Will this mobo work with 64 bit Windows 7? I somewhere heard that bios runs on a single 32 bit chip.

lol that is not dependent on the chipset. It depends on the CPU and the board supports both 32-bit and 64-bit processors. Windows 7 64-bit will work fine on it.
