What are the internet service dependencies.

I switched to diagnostic startup on MSconfig. Diagnostic startup does not have internet connection service.

Can Anybody Tell me every service that the internet needs?

I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate

You should start at the beginning. Why are you using diagnostic startup in the first place? It's made to be run only to troubleshoot issues which is why it turns off anything not needed to simply load Windows.

Really sorry for the late reply, but I'm using diagnostic startup because svchost.exe jumps up to 100,000KB on normal startup. That means that I only have 10% RAM left. Also with that much memory used, my computer slows down to a crawl.

Also, using normal startup makes the cpu jump around 30%, sometimes hovering up at 60% for almost 5 minutes. At that time, I cannot open any applications except simple ones like window explorer, though it even takes about 5 seconds. When I use diagnostic startup, on startup, the splashy windows has to flash 5 times = 30 seconds (SLOW) and the logon time takes 35 seconds (I know Terribly slow) In between that time, there is the black screen with movable cursor thing, hovering for 30 seconds. Overall, You could say that my computer is the slowest one in the world.

What brand and model is the system? List CPU and RAM amount at least.

Is the hard drive full or close to it? Did you do a virus/spyware scan? If not, make a rescue disk from an antivirus company, I use the Avira Antivir one, but AVG and others also have one. Boot from that and run a full scan. Also install Malwarebytes, update it, reboot in Safe Mode and run a scan with that.

If all that does not clear things up, you may want to just do a clean Windows setup again after backing up your files and settings.

What a coincidence! I already made a rescue disk and did that malwarebytes thing. Those two AV's reported nothing.

My Disk drives are completely empty, except for Local Disk C Which has 39.4 GB free of 60.0 GB

Unless you are just doing this to find a fix for the issue, running in diagnostic mode will disable more than just internet access.

Even though I had to twiddle with my computer's settings and 'services' that website solved most of my problems.
