I am going to buy a new PC with the following :

If your intention is to play those games you mentioned at resolutions no lower than 1080p, at frame rates that can stay at around 60 FPS consistently, with details settings set to high/ultra, then you're going to need a pretty high-end video card.

If you want an Nvidia card, I'd suggest nothing weaker than a GTX 770. If you want an AMD video card, don't get anything weaker than a R9 280X. These two recommendations still come with the assumption that you still want to save some money and are looking for the best bang-for-your-buck deal.

The graphics card suitable for you depends on your budget ($), what settings or quality you are looking for, and what power supply you currently have in your computer. If your computer was a prebuilt/storebought then you will most likely need a power supply upgrade to power a graphics card in your computer (there are some low power usage cards that may work without an upgrade).

Yeah, I ran Minecraft well on medium settings on integrated graphics weaker than his for a while.

But it's still really not ideal. He'd be limited mostly to games before 2005, and indie games. Nothing intensive like Watchdogs or BF4, except maybe at minimum settings, 720p or lower, around 25 fps.

If you can swing $230, a GTX 760 is the best mid level card you can get and will be more than capable at running all of the modern games on ultra settings. If $230 is still to much, a GTX 660 can be had for around $160 and will allow you to play everything on either all ultra settings or a mix of high and ultra settings.

for integrated graphics a games like bioshock 1&2, old COD's and south park stick of truth (big south park fan here 😛) are some games u run on ur integrated graphics. But for games like BF4, far cry 3 and GTA v (finally gonna be on pc) ur probably gonna want to get a gtx 760 ti or a amd R9 270.

Lastly, before you buy a high-end card, take the time to look at your PC case and see if there's enough clearance for a high end video card. While you're at, check your PC's power supply unit and verify if it can support those power hungry high-end video cards.
