Question What are the steps to run multiple OS with virtualization with one PC

Hi. I am planning on building a pc with 16 core cpu, 8gb gpu, 32gb ram etc.

I want to set it up so that multiple people can use the same pc with different os and monitors.
Only thing is, I have no idea how to set it up. If you know how to set up multiple virtual machines on a pc, please feel free to send me a guide.

I just want to say, it's not worth the trouble or the money, buying a few cheaper systems will probably be cheaper and give everybody the same experience if not better.

What is the use case for such a system?
Internet cafe, you and your friends, something else?

This will not be cheap.
