Question What are these aggressive white lines in gaming?

Do you still have your old monitor, or any monitor/TV you could connect your GPU to?
That way you could rule out your new monitor having some weird setting that causes this.
Otherwise make sure to update your driver and to make a clean install of it, best would be to use ddu for it to remove every trace of the old driver.
Also if nothing helps at least tell us your model of GPU maybe it's a known issue with certain GPUs.

I have a 3060ti, my old monitor doesnt do this. I have a new 1440 monitor, going from a 1080p. G-sync enabled and HDR as well
