What are these extra parts!?!

Hi everyone, I have a few extra wires that are coming off the case that I would like to figure out what they are. they are labled sys, hdd, and cpu but they really don't have a connector on them. I was hoping I could attach a picture but I don't see the options. I have a nzxt guardian case I believe they may be thermometers? Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like temp nodes. If they are, they are gimmicky and don;t really work and CERTAINLY don't give accurate temps if they do work. Just zip tie them out of the way.

So do you just tape them down to the part that it is labled for?

Yeah, but they will not give you accurate temps at all. They will be very wrong. There are tons and tons of programs you can us to accurate view CPU/mobo/GPU temps.

These temp nodes are a gimmick.

Great. Coretemp is popular for the CPU and MSI afterburner is GREAT for the GPU.
