What are these things? And what are they for?

I'm just looking for the following--

- At least 6 USB 2.0 & 3.0
- Digital Audio input
- Ethernet
- HDMI (Not necessary )
- DVI- I/D (Doesn't matter)
- And the socket must be AM3+ for my CPU AMD FX 6300
- Price range is $50-150
