Question What are this darker dots that appeared after cleaning my screen?

I used Fornax, alcohol-free spray.
Microfiber tissue, or at least the one that came with package.
It was 2 hours since I cleaned TV screen, but these dots (darker places) are still there.
Does this means that screen is still not dry, or something else?
I watched movie now for 2 hours and waited to see if it will disappear, but it did not.

These dots are visible even when TV is turned off and only under high light and right corner of view.
When it is on, or no direct light, I don't even notice it, but when its sunny and someone see this, it looks ugly.

I cleaned from outside.
I cleaned 3 screens in house and Samsung TV which is newest doing this.

I legit never seen this happen before, don't really know, other members could help in this sorry.
