i have 2 sticks of gskill 4 ram per one
in bios one of them has :
round trip latency (dimm0/rank0) = 42
IoLatR0D0 = 4

the other stick has :
round trip latency (dimm0/rank0) = 41
IoLatR0D0 = 3

i have several random restarts in my pc everyday and every hour... is this some how related ??

What is Round Trip Latency (RTL or tRD) ... https://www.anandtech.com/show/2869/p55-overclocking-showdown-asus-gigabyte-and-evga-at-the-oc-corral-page-6-updated-/6

Different timing on different sticks makes me think they are not a matched pair. Were they purchased together? Non matching sticks on the same memory channel can cause problems. If the sticks don't match, they should be put into different memory channels (often the RAM sockets will be color coded, but I would still check my owner's guide). It is best to have the slower stick (higher timings) on the primary channel. Even in this configuration it can still causes problems sometimes.

Is this your problem or is something else going on? I think the best thing to do is run Memtest86 overnight. You might find that memory is just fine, but your GPU is overheating or your PSU is problematic or something else.
