What Brand of 970

I am getting a Nvidia 970 and I want to know which one is the best.
I will be over clocking.

MSI is the best OCing wise, closely followed (almost equalled) by Gigabyte. They run the coolest, quietest (here MSI>GB) and have great OCing potential (MSI~GB).

Palit (JetStream) , PNY's XLR8 or MSI's Twin Frozr V.
Choose. (Preferrably JetStream. But its hard to find in USA *assuming you're residing in USA or nearer)

Yes it's good but not the best. It has nothing better in particular than MSI and GB counterparts.

Fairly, noticeable Coil Whine.
Palit's JetStream and MSI's Twin Frozr V have good fans.
JetStream has no backplate while Twin Frozr has a backplate.
Design Wise, I prefer Twin Frozr
Performance and Noise, Go for JetStream.

*Not saying Twin Frozr is terrible. In the end you will be the one to decide.
