What button do I hold down to rsset

Solution
That's probably user error, but might be a hard disk problem. Unplug all peripheral devices (usb sticks, etc, but KEEP the keyboard and mouse), hold down the power button for a few seconds until the machine powers down, and then start it back up again.

If it happens again, you likely have hard-disk failure and will need to replace the disk and reinstall everything
