Question What cable/adapter do I need?

I've recently upgraded to a much better computer from my old, but my graphics card only has HDMI and Display Port, and my monitor has VGA, HDMI, and DVI. I'm currently capped at 60hz using a HDMI cable but I'd like to get 144hz. I was wondering what cable I'd need to get in order to get 144hz. Thanks in advance!
