What can a i3-2130 on-board graphics do?

I'm negotiating right now over the price of a i3-2130, h61m, and 8gb of g.skill ripjaw ram. He is almost firm on $60 for the bundle. Is this a good deal? I'm not sure what the on-board video can do. Like, can I lay any games on it? I'm thinking about just putting a 960 in there once I get a little more cash.

Yeah that is actually a pretty good deal, the I3-2130 is a pretty sub par CPU but for that price its pretty decent and the on board graphics isn't even worth think about really as you said you could put a GTX 960 in there in the future but you wont be playing the newest AAA games on ultra but you should get away with decent frame rates on medium on most games if not higher.
