Ram: 512 mb
Motherboard : Asus a8n vm csm
processor: AMD Athlon 64 3000+

i want to play game like far cry 2 and 3 resident evil 4 and 5 call of duty 4 modern warfare

but my motherboard have 256mb graphic

how much your budget? If you have $200, you can buy some RAM 8gb (2x4) and graphics card gtx 740 for example. Visit this

You wont be able to upgrade anything to make a meaningful difference.
That is a DDR motherboard, not DDR2, and not the current standard of DDR3.

Do a completely new build.
