What can i do with a PC and PS2

Hi,
I have a PS2 slim(model no. 90001) which is not modded or anything..
And i have a PC, 4gb ram Intel i3 3220

I wanted to know can i do anything with these two ?

I'd really like to play some games on my PS2 via my PC as my tv is having some problems.
And as my ps2 is not modded, i'm stuck with my old games
I have a VGA LED Monitor.

1) Is there any way that i can play downloaded games on my ps2 and
2) can i use my PS2 with my computers monitor and
3) Can i jailbreak my PS2 with my PC ?
**My PC doesn't have a CD/DVD drive

It's possible to create .iso files from your PS2 game discs and run them on a PS2 emulator, but not all games work properly this way. I'm not sure if I should be bringing up emulation since the emulators may or may not be legal, but it's one possible way to run PS2 games on a PC.

But then my ps2 will be of no use 🙁

*and don't worry about legal stuff, ps2 is quite old i'm sure sony wouldn't mind
