What can I do with this cybertron thallium x99

I see one posted on CL around my town for $1950 and also see that they sell for 4-6k new...I don't really want this thing...but maybe can I resell it for profit or I have also been thinking of creating my first rig..maybe this thing could help with parts some and sell the rest of the parts...any advice?

add these parts to pcpartpicker and see what the price comes up to. these parts are good but you for 4 - 6k (IS A LOT), you can make your own brand new gaming rig

Yeah but it's listed used on my local Craigslist for $1950 and I was thinking of maybe parting it out selling the parts while maybe holding onto a few things like some of the memory, the sad, one of the GPUs etc to start my more modest build with
