What can i do?

Hello, I have a problem. my Computer hardrive broke so i reinstalled windows vista 32 on a new one but now my built-in network card doesn't work. I can't uninstall it. When i look at the Device manager and it say there is 5 of the network card. Their name is always "WAN (#)" and they are unremovable. Help me please

What I also know is that the drivers name is RTL 111 or something like that...
