What can I Overclock this CPU to?

1. Just wondering first is this build alright? Should I make some changes? I am keeping the GPU and CPU but is there any changes I should make towards the PSU, MOBO, Case and Cooling? I already have 16GB RAM with me.

2. Now, I am curious of what I could overclock the CPU to. I have put in liquid cooling there (as I would like to overclock but I am new to it) So if you could help me to see how many GHz we could get out of the CPU and if there is a recommended/better cooling system this this? Thanks

1. The build looks ok.

2. How high you can oc haswell is mostly determined by your luck in getting a good chip.
Most will do 4.0-4.4. Once voltage needs to be increased, temperatures rise rapidly, and no amount of cooling tech does much more good.

Just my opinion, but I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler can do the job.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"

I would go with a decent tower type air cooler. Noctua makes good ones.

I would defer on the hard drive and up the ssd to 240gb. You may never need a hard drive at all, It is easy to add one later.

1. So you think a Noctua NH-U12S would be fine?

2. Also will I need and extra fans with that case?

3. Is the PSU enough or do I need more?
