What can I run with my potato?

4.00gb ram 2.93 usable
intel hd 2500
avaliable graphics 1824mb
dedicated 1024
shared memory 800mb

Yeah, and chuck another 4GB RAM in there - if your O/S and board can handle it.

Going by the usable RAM, i suspect the windows is 32 bit only on this system ( or, it can be because 800 MB is shared with the gfx card). If so, change it to 64 bit (remove that share, its not doing any good) and add one more 4 GB stick and you will gain much more performance. Minumum frame rates will definitely increase.

It IS 64 bit. Cant really chuck some more ram because my port is jinxed. How do I remove that shared?

I was trying to run ac brotherhood because my pc does have the minimum specs but it wont go over 15fps on 800x600
