Question what can lag my games?

Hello!I have a gtx 1060 3 gb , i5 650 , 10 gb ram ddr3 .I just bought gta 5 and i hit in online 27,28 fps max with medium graphics.I don t know what does lag my games.Can somebody tell me what components can affect the performance?

hello!My components are :gtx 1060 3gb ,i5 650 ,10 gb ram ddr3,and a 300 w psu (i don t know the name because is old).I get low fps in all games.In cs go i sould get 120 min fps in game and i get half of it(60 fps).In gta 5 i get 27fps and in other games same.I don t realy know what cause lag on my games and i need ur opinions.Thanks!

ram/hdd/ssd usage?
