What can my desktop run?

I just finished building my budget build desktop, since I only had 150 I had a tough time choosing parts but I managed to pick them out.

Here are my specs:
Phenom x3 BE 720 2.8ghz
AMD Radeon 5670 GDDR5 512mb
4GB of Ram(I will probably upgrade.)

I am planning to play Garry's Mod,Call of Duty WAW,Minecraft,GTA V and thats really it. I dont mind which settings I have to use to play the games,, but I dont wanna have to tweak settings for it to play.

You'll run those games fine, Can't say anything about GTA 5 as official specs aren't even out, nor the game for PC.

Yeah it will. My brother has 4gb in his system and it still kicking just fine. For the games he listed (other than maybe GTAV) 4gb is plenty.

Most games i play BO2, BF4 they use 5+.
