What can run in xfire with an APU

For my next pc I want an itx budget build that's got support for all the AMD's latest like mantle.....
Anyways I want an apu like the 7850k. Later I will upgrade to a physical gpu and run them in xfire. Are there any restrictions as to which gpu i can use? Can I run a 270x because that's the gpu I want?

dont if your going to do xfire get a regular cpu like the fx-6300 or a i5 the apu with disable graphics is not a very powerful cpu by itself

I know this is definitely not the best solution but it's the one I want to go for. Is it possible?

I think the R7 240 and R7 250 will work in crossfire with the 7850k. The 260/260X might work, but I don't know about that yet.

The A series apu's use HD 7770 equivalent graphics, which is equivalent to a R7 250X
