For performance.. You can try looking up reviews on the card.
 
At 1080p with max settings gtx 750 ti cannot run current or upcoming games smoothly for example games like crysis 3 at very high settings you will get about 15-16 fps but in medium settings you can get 35-40 fps.

still wont be able to max out some of the latest games, but high detail settings without too much aa at 1080p.
Also dont forget you will be filling out a lot of mail in rebate forms to get those prices.
