What card can maxout crysis 2 dx11 high res texture at full hd ?

Not sure if this is still being discussed. But I have a single pny gtx 580 watercooled + CPU. I am running crysis 2 with every setting maxed out. I have both the dx11 ultra pack and the high texture running. I notice that it shows a steady 30 fps. But it is being capped. So I can't see what it really is. I assume this is due to a dx11 feature, because it does it in metro 2033 as well. But For $560 right now on newegg. It is factory clocked to 857 Mhz. If you get early lag, you will actually see the watercooling completely kick in a start getting you to that smooth FPS range. I couldn't be happier. I am not even sure if a second card is needed. So I recommend this if you are still looking.

1080P is the big lie.

Monitor manufactures dropped all their monitors from 1920 x 1200 (16:10) to 1920 x 1080 (16:9) and call it an upgrade. There was too much whining from people watchng their HD movies at 1200 and complaining about black bars on the top and bottom. So to shut them up they made the monitors crappier...

If you have the money.. then prepare them: a GTX680 SLI run's pretty good Crysis 2, the GTX590 to, but much more expensive and consume verry much of energie.. 🙁 and it becomes verry HOT at a moment.. but I recommend you the GTX680 SLI,But if you have real money's then you can buy 2 GTX 690 or even 4 😉 Thats the ultimate GTX.. builded 😉

30fps on pc. I will never go that low thats way to low i might as well pull out my consoles
