What Case Fan Should I Get?

I have a h440 black and red, I want one 140mm static pressure fan to improve cooling.

I was thinking of the Noctua SS02 NF-A14

I was wandering if there any cheapens fan for around the same performance. Noise is not a big issue since the case is sound padded. Preferably a black or red color
