I am planning a New build once i i sell my computer that has a I7 3770k And a GTX 970

New Pc will have Ryzen 1700 and a gtx 1080
For water cooling i want to get the Ek's A240G
Now my debate right now getting a nice case to display it and if come down to either the Corsair 460x or the Phanteks P400s TG. looking for advice on which is the better choice for my use.
Also open to other case Suggestions. TY

Solution
there is nothing wrong with either of them.
the 460x is a better looking IMO.
as for your plan, wait for 6-8core intel parts (coffee lake). it might change the ryzen pricing or might offer better performance for comparable price. With all my "love" to Intel, ryzen is just a pre beta product with all of its too many issues.

though it shouldn't stop you from getting everything, but MB and CPU and RAM. you can switch them later. honestly, for gamer, there are almost no reasons to "upgrade" the 3770K as there is almost no upgrade at all ATM.
