I am getting my mom a PC that she would like to easily open by her self. Are there any cases out there without having to do much work with putting in components or replacing for her work?
Almost all quality cases are extremely easy to open and work inside (two screws to take off a panel)
Enthoo Pro, NZXT 340, 300R just to name a few.
I told her this and she said that she wants one where she can open it up by a press of a button. I told her your solution but she thinks it will be very complicated. Is there a way where we can meet in the middle? Thanks!
Corsair c70 has quick release latches - about 50% of the price of the 760t.
Personally don't see the need for what you're asking , 2 thumbscrews is hardly hard work & keeps people from poking around unnecessarily or by accident.

Ya my mom didn't want to get hurt when working. So that is why she went with that.
