So what causes a mouse to go bad? I am having similar issues with my cursor freezing when I move my mouse. I stuck a new mouse on, and the issue went away.
But for me it isn't as simple as throwing one mouse away and buying another. I am disabled and need the mouse style I have. It is a razer Naga 2014 left handed edition.
I have another mouse around here some where, same style. If I can find it, maybe I can turn 2 into 1 as I am pretty sure they are no longer available.
But what could be causing the issue? Why is it only sometimes and not all the time?
This started after I hit 4.7 Ghz on my O.C. I tried dialing back the o.c. I even tried uninstalling all of the games and game stuff I installed. Nope. Put a different mouse on it and BAM! everything works fine. There is no mouse specific driver and the drive in Win10 is up to date.
Everywhere else I have posted about this I can't get an answer.
