[SOLVED] what causes my CPU usage to sometimes gets 100% that causes FPS drops in rainbow six siege?

CPU : i7-2600(non k)
motherboard : MS-7676
RAM : 8GB 1333MHZ DDR4
gpu : gigabyte gtx 1070
HDD
windows 10 64 bit

is it because of the bottleneck or something? Do I need to upgrade my cpu or it's enough?

I think that CPU night be a bit slow for the GTX 1070 in certain games.
It sounds like you might have found one.
I think a faster CPU should get rid of it.

I think the best way to find out....is to try it and see what you get.
In general....lowering settings should lower CPU usage.
You could cap your fps at 60 (if you haven't already).
