What causes the problem with motherboard?

Okay, first I apologiaze for gramatical mistakes in writing. So, one month ago, my pc broke up. There were no beep and no display screen. I tried everything that I found on the internet. Realising remaining power, cleaning RAM, reconnecting cables, etc. Nothing helped so I went to servis store. They said that motherboard is dead. So I bought new one, everything was fine for one month, until today. I started my PC, fans started running, I heard hard drive, but there were no beep and display screen. So, the same problem as one month ago. My brand new motherboard is dead again. I want to know why? What is causing fatality of my motherboard?
My spec:
GPU: AMD Radeon 5450
CPU: AMD Athlon II 425
RAM: ddr2 8GB
HDD: 360GB
Motherboard: AsRock N68C - GS4 FX
