I have CPU AMD 1600 and GPU GTX 1660Ti 6GB and I want to bought CPU AMD ryzen 7 5700X... its a good option with my GPU?

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished)?

Listing all your hardware would be a good place to start. If you are on a 3xx chipset motherboard you may or may not have BIOS updates to go that far later (CPU).

On a pure gaming point of view, unless you also upgrade the GPU you are not going to gain much. The 5700x is way more powerful than the 1600, but your 1660ti will hold you back.

Buy a 5600, update your BIOS, install 5600, done.
