What changes to make a gaming PC?

I would like to start PC gaming for high demanding games, like Mortal Kombat X, GTA, all the good stuff, etc instead of having to buy a ps4. What changes must I do to my PC to make it run these games at high settings with 60 fps? Also, if you can link the parts and keep it under $300 that'd be great. Here's what I got....

Your processor is causing the bottleneck in most of the games and i think the GPU is going to do just fine for another couple years
