What component is damaged ? (Please Help)

I have a HP xw6600 workstation.Everything in it is stock except for the processors and graphics.

Today i turned it on and LED flashed 1 time and then no response.
Then again I repeated this process for 2 times and LED didn't flash.
Monitor Says that The Graphics Cable Is Not Plugged.(Plugged in CPU)
I can't hear anything spinning or making sound in the system except from the HDD part.

Is this a Power Supply Issue ?
Motherboard ?
Something Else ?

Please help.

I don't think any component is damaged, it is a NO POST issue. There are many different ways of solving it, but what I recommend is taking out the CPU and inserting it back again. It will kind of reset the BIOS, but can't be sure.

Btw, could you plz post your PC specs?

start with just ur mobo, processor, 1 ram stick and hdd, and see if it posts...
detach evrythng else for now...
