Hello,

I'm currently trying to run multiple game client (old one) in order to grind efficiently, thought i noticed that my FPS start dropping after the second one (i open 3-4) without the CPU/GPU usage being close to the max and i would like to pinpoint the exact cause because i'm going to upgrade to a desktop and want to avoid that in the future

Laptop specs are:
16gb ram, ryzen 4600, gtx 1650 ti, ssd nvme.

IDLE Usage (not software on startup or anything) : View: https://i.imgur.com/kgKzI7m.png

3 Client : View: https://i.imgur.com/A3DrDVc.png

Is it due to a hardware limitation or rather how laptop are designed? I wanted to know if a similar or a 800-900$ desktop would be able to support like 3 client without those FPS drops? Thanks

What sort of system resources are being used once as you add clients, i.,e when you have 1, 2, 3 and 4 clients? I'm asking for the cumulative number / %age shown above .

multiple game client (old one)
Name of this client?

I'm not sure i get what you mean, but the numbers are like :

Each client is 1gb ram, 15% cpu, 10-12% gpu. Unless i go overboard and try to open like 8-10 the numbers don't change, but still the FPS drops which i believe might have to do with the temperature/fan because the numbers increase very fast and are on the "critical" side (burning sign) on the speedfan imgur link i posted above

The game is Grand Fantasia. Its old so i believe it might be more related to laptop design being harder to cooldown with their huge graphic card rather than a hardware limitation but i could be wrong, just wonder whats the exact cause
