This is my current system:
CPU: i7 870 2.93ghz base clock since my cooler and pc case are not good enough for turbo clock to 3.6 because temps go to 90-95
GPU: GTX 560 MSI
RAM: 4x2gb ddr3 1333mhz
SSD: Patriot Burst Elite 120gb
HDD: ST3250318AS
PSU : LC power 6550 v2.2
MBO: Asus p7h55 m pro

And i also have a crappy small case which fits maximum micro atx
Im looking for an upgrade to this pc or to get a new pc with budget around ~500$ that can run esport games at full hd 60fps atleast. I was thinking about getting a ryzen 5 5600g build with 16gb ram and good m2 ssd and later on buy a gpu but im not sure about it. Any recommendations are appreaciated

You tube channel "Toasty Bros" just did a review on this very premise. Check it out.

As @USAFRet points out, you should not spend money towards any upgrade to the current machine. I will say alongside that, well done on making good use of that one, particularly if it's been since it was built.

Get a can of air and a small brush.
Give the innards a good cleaning.
Pay attention to the heatsinks they can get packed with crud.
See if you can get the cpu temps down.
If no help perhaps some new thermal paste.

Get the proper bios and drivers.

Don't run unneeded background stuff.

Fairly cheap and might bump things along a little.

Don't forget to replace the PSU because the LCPower is garbage.

I was doing a research for few days and watched a lot of stuff so i decide to do this:
Sell my current pc to fill out the budget and get these components
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600g
RAM: Kingston Fury DDR4 3200MHz 16GB (2x8GB) CL16
SSD: Patriot P300 512gb
Now what im missing is a motherboard with which i wont need to mess around in bios before i install the cpu, i dont know a good budget case with case fans and a psu that could make the pc upgradable to a deceng gpu, nothing worse than rx 570 4gb.
