Question WHAT CPU AIR COOLER DO I NEED FOR A i-5 9600k

I've made my decision to buy an i-5 9600k and plan to overclock it to somewhere near 5Ghz. I was initially intending to buy a dark rock pro 4 but it became expensive and I thought it was a bit overkill. I'm now considering the Cooler Master 212 hyper or the Be Quiet Dark Rock Slim but if you guys have any suggestions for air cpu coolers I would love to hear them.

It should get you close to 5ghz although that comes down to silicon lottery.

Any recommendations, 80$ budget, dont mind spending a little more as long as it is worth it, noise not too much of a problem/dealbreaker but nice to have if it fits the price point.
