Here is my build. My CPU doesn't come with one so I need to get one. What do you guys/gals recommend? Also water-cooled vs traditional cooling method. Also I don't know much to CPU cooling, can you help enlighten me like who's the top like 3 manufacturers, what do I look for when searching for a CPU cooler, etc.

Where is your build, there is no links?
Air: relatively low maintenance, lowest cost, lowest cooling.
Sealed water cooling: Mid cost, about the same mait, better cooling over are, pump fails early due to being smaller, minor risk of leaking.
Custom water loop. Tons more options, cooling is better, colors etc. Higher mait. more expensive than either of the other 2 options, parts picking can be a pita.

Errr... where is your build? (please ignore)

I have a cooler master water cooler and it is very impressive for the price you pay, however, if you want the best of the best and assuming your PC case does have space for a water cooler, go for the Corsair H100i, heard and read so many good things about that cooler, you can always go the traditional air cooled one, if you are not planning to overclock your CPU, go air cooled, if you are planning to overclock it, go water cooled I would say

Ah sorry, did not see you edited.

Ok thanks for the response. I think if I end up going to the traditional fan cooling, I'll go the Cryorig H7, but if I water cool I'd take the H100i. But I feel water cooling is such a hassle and I don't really want to do that much maintenance. So probably going the Cryorig H7

Water is already in the cooler, you don't have to add water, you have to install the pump on the CPU (like you would install a heatsink/ CPU air cooler, remember to use thermal paste) and also install the radiator to desired location in your case.

With mine (cooler master seidon 240M), I first fitted the bracket behind the motherboard for the water pump to be tighten to the motherboard, I then added CPU paste on the CPU, then installed the radiator at the top of my case (I had to fit the fans first to the radiator as it was not assembled), I then installed and tighten the CPU pump to the CPU (where the heatsink or CPU air cooler would usually sit) I plugged in the pump to a fan header (CPU_OPT on the motherboard, check your manual for where that fan header is) this is to give the pump power, when I switched on my PC, there was a blue LED burning to indicate that the pump is working, if the blue LED goes red, it means something is wrong

I know the H100i has the option to plug in the pump via USB but you need a mini USB to USB cable to be able to use it, I might be wrong, I have never used one of those water coolers before but I have heard very good things about that water cooler, I think some would agree it is one of the best water coolers on the market
