Motherboard : SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ ( Max 140 W CPU 8 cores )
RAM : HyperX Kingston 2 x 4GB ( 1866 ) + Patriot 2 x 4GB ( 1333 )
PSU : OCZ ModXStream 600W
CPU : AMD Phenom II x4 850 ( 3,30 Ghz )

If you are just gaming having 2x4GB at 1866 is better. Hard to find games that use more then that a couple of GBs of memory. If you are heavy into Minecraft mods or something, then you might consider putting all 16GB in there.

Mixing memory isn't wise, you would have to underclock the faster ram or attempt to overclock the slower ram (or both) to use it all appropriately.

FX-8350 / FX8370 are about the only logical options for a CPU. Board doesn't officially support the FX-9000 series, which are just overclocked versions of the 8000 series.

So it will be good option to take FX-8350, than take out Patriot RAM and leave Kingston but set it on 1866. Is it enough power for though ?
I will need a proper heat sink as well.

Ok CPU is on the way, Thank you for help. I will see what temp I get from that heat sink and than I decide if I need other one. When I get this CPU is it better to leave both RAM on 1333 or just 8 GB Kingston on 1866. Witch is more benefit ?
