what cpu is better for gaming?

I could buy a i3 6100 or a i5 4690k bundle someone in my area is selling a i5 4690k with 16 gb ram under 200 or i could buy i3 6100 with ram and motherboard for 194

You will get much more performance out from unlocked i5 than i3. Will he add motherboard to i5 or only RAM? But back to price.. 200 is bit too much. I would not give more than 160 for cpu and ram.

Wow great, does it say which motherboard? If it Z87 or Z97 then get it. If you overclock this cpu it will serve you at least couple more years with good performance!

Ehh, then its 250$, well generally its still a good bundle for money, well you can always try to trade it down.. If he wont make it lower then its up to u. Sometimes i buy used hardware and i never pay more than 50% of new hardware price.

But you asked about 2 bundles and only i5 bundle worth it.
