What CPU should I get with a r9 280x?

Im looking for a cpu which can play games on ultra along with the r9 280x
Im not going to be overclocking and if their is a good mobo to matcg it as well

not sure what prices are for you.... but in US money thats $336 budget. With that budget in USA:

I'd get an FX 8350 for $190 and an ASUS m5a99x motherboard $125 (also has a $20 mail in rebate)
